DOer provides a White-Label Mobile Application Platform that enables clients (“Client”) to launch their own branded mobile application without developing proprietary technology from scratch. The platform is delivered as a scalable, secure, and maintainable core system with customization options.
2Scope of Delivery
The purchase includes access to the DOer white-label platform with configuration, branding, and feature enablement as defined in these terms and the agreed package.

5Branding & Customization
Each Client purchase includes the following branding configuration:
Application name and icon
Brand colors and fonts
Splash screen design
Custom onboarding screens
Domain and email branding (if required)
All branding assets must be provided by the Client or approved prior to implementation.
6Development & Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timeline is subject to timely Client feedback and content submission.

7Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
8Maintenance & Support
The following services are included during the active license period:
Hosting and server maintenance
Bug fixes related to the core platform
Operating system compatibility updates (iOS & Android)
Basic technical support
Support does not include new feature development unless contracted separately.
9 Ownership & Intellectual Property
DOer retains full ownership of the core platform, source code, and system architecture
The Client retains ownership of: Brand Identity, Content uploaded to the platform, End-user data
The system data privacy is maintained in accordance with applicable regulations
No transfer of intellectual property rights is implied or granted beyond usage rights.

Client data remains confidential
User data belongs exclusively to the Client
DOer acts as a technical service provider only
